Insurance and Fees

Personal Wellness and Coaching is an in-network provider with the following:

• BCBS

• Optum

• Cigna

• Magellan

• Aetna

• United Healthcare

• Medicare

We accept self-pay, in-network insurance policies, and some EAP plans.

Self-pay sessions are upon contractual agreement.

Insurance plans that are in-network, are billed at the contracted rate.  ​

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. FSA, HSA, or HRA funds are accepted towards therapy services.
