Erin Ruettiger LCPC, CRADC
I believe therapy should be a place where people feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, and substance use disorders. I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable exploring their concerns and developing practical solutions.
My clinical approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based modalities, I help clients identify barriers, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies that support long-term growth.
Recovery is not simply about stopping a behavior—it’s about creating a fulfilling life that supports emotional, mental, and physical well-being. I work closely with clients to build sustainable recovery plans, strengthen support systems, and develop skills for lasting success.
As a practice owner, I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and accessibility. My team and I are dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care that meets clients where they are and helps them move toward where they want to be.
I am a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices to support healing, growth, and resilience.
My goal is to help clients build practical skills, gain insight, and create sustainable changes in their daily lives.
